It's not just the textures. The PC version uses an older version of DX9 than the Xbox 360. Hence the crappy atmosphere, visual treatment and lack of TOD slider on PC.

And btw, Theo, you should take one of the blacklist markers and use it on the uniqe visual upgrade. If you do, you can add a carbon fibre vynil for your whole car, and the best part about that, you can change your cal colour and the vynil colour will change aswell. I have beaten this game yesterday with a Ford GT. And it had a carbon fibre vynil. It looks so awsome imo, with a custom two-tone paintjob.

Hey, if you put your ride height to +5 theo, it improves how your car acts on dirt paths, and if you put your aerodynamics to plus five, it makes your car able to take corners better

This is how you get the pink slip every time Theo: - Always chose the first marker first. - If its impound strike, then the pink slip is the second marker. - If the first marker is anything else then the pink slip is the third marker do this and you'll always get the pink slip

if you get the enemy car from the 1st marker dont pick another of the questionmark marker pick the unique performance upgrade (junkman) and keep collecting them to put them in the car that you will play razor with...

There's actually a pattern for the blacklists markers. For example if the pink slip is in the first one, the next blacklist pink slip would be the second one. Works for PC, don't know if it works for console tho.
