I really liked the part of this episode where the Gigaboys + ShinjukuDog turned to the podcast and said "All living things die, Pokemon Go to the Movies!, and then threw sparkles that made it explode.

This movie has one of my favorite Team Rocket moments where they just get that guy arrested for murder. Like yeah they're petty thieves chasing around a (roughly) 10 year old boy and his pet, but murder is something they are big against. "Oh this scientist guy murdered some people in cold blood? Fuck that guy."

Great Series, The jokes throughout and having Shibuya as a guest was a real treat, despite the obvious middling movies and low points (The Keldio & CG Mewtwo remake), glad to have gone on this Pokemon Journey. IT'S OVERRRRRR! Great end to a great podcast. Thanks to ShibuyaGato for guest hosting, and I'm glad that we could end by determining that people are Pokemon, and that this, too, is Dragon Ball... and thus, Aqua Teen. I really have nothing to say about this since the last Pokemon movie I saw was back in Gen 5, but I'm glad there's another good one waiting for me if I ever decide to step back in and watch the highlights. Now, all that's left is to listen to the special Kris episode for The Sword of Justice. Have a good one, everybody.

For reasons I am not at liberty to articulate, this is the absolute weirdest pokemon movie. One of the better ones though, for sure. I don't know if I learned anything from watching every single pokemon movie, but I sure will have a lot of very odd anime bouncing around my deep memory for the rest of my life. In conclusion, Ash has tried for years but still never managed to kiss a human, and may all hail Celebi, savior of not one single forest.

If they do, it'll probably be "whenever they get around to it" rather than rushing it out when it's timely. Super Hero came and went and they didn't bring back Mondo Cool for it, but they always could surprise us. (That one may also have some additional problems because one of those hosts isn't on the network anymore.)
