Bit of a long shot but if anyone is still trying to do this, YOU DO NOT NEED AN UPGRADED TESLA GUN TO SHOOT THE COILS ON THE WHEEL. I've been trying to get this done for three days now using my own tactics for a video, and I've reached a point where I can not do the final step with the sword to charge the record. YOU CAN SHOOT THE COILS ON THE WHEEL WITH A REGULAR TESLA GUN, and then go onto the the record step at an earlier round (like 14 to 16). Makes it much easier, as the tesla gun upgrades can all be done last before the final boss.

I heavily recommend the M1928 for the Blimp and the rest of the easter egg. It shoots really fast, has a large clip, and you can buy ammo for it when you're going against the Panzermorder. The Chicago Typewriter, Bacon And Eggs and the Tesla Gun are my three weapons for this easter egg. Now its the Hurricane instead of the Tesla Gun
