You just taught me more. I would not think to measure the front and back and that it would be that off. And how the ways things should line up. I buy a lot of vintage and used online Poshmark and Etsy etc.

Yay!!! Its a great way to measure waist sizes when your vintage shopping. Measure from seam to seam and double it and bam you have your waist size. :D

I love the bandana dress, I’m also weird about my hair clashing with red but I feel like I’ve recently decided it was in my head. I enjoyed your investigation into why the dress fit wonky, I’ll have to remember that now that I see figuring out weird fit I easier! I think you should go with the credit, typically in most production runs if one dress is wrong they all are so I wouldn’t take the risk.

I have never seen a ready-made dress have the front wider than the back! This would actually suit me perfectly because I have a very full bust for my figure (34K), and my front circumference is more than my back. Dresses/shirts that are equal have side seams too far forward on me. It would be neat to see how it actually fits!

@@JenniferElise just teasing about the brooch vid, it was a good job you mentioned it becasue it was one I hadn't caught up on! some great little ideas there. I currently have two bat wing hair clips I want to adapt to put on my Hell Bunny capri pants just above the little slit in the hem at the backs. They originally came with bows attached but fell off straight away! it was this cute detail that made me buy them in the first place! still, where there is hot glue and pins there is a way!

Omg! My first dress of the month club dress was the blue one, and I couldn't figure out what was bothing me about it, but it's exactly as you said! I considered canceling right then (I'd never bought anything from UV before), but decided I'd give it another month or two and my next dress was much better.

The blue dress worked perfect on me. So much so that I've bought several other patterns of it. The red one did not. I can't get the tie tacked down enough to cover my chest and its a bit indecent looking on me for public 😂
