There are three things I'm concerned about. First: How many buttons do you use on the back? Second: Where do you place your middle finger? Third: There are rumors that an Xbox controller equipped with a gyro will be released in May of this year, what do you think? I would be happy if you answered

I have 4 back buttons, but only use 2 of them. My middle fingers are on the back buttons, if my controller wouldn't have back buttons, I would have placed them on lr1/l2 and r1/r2. I wouldn't get my hopes up too much, from what I've seen they seem to only have added an accelerometer to the controller, which on its own cant be used like gyro, but hopefully I'm wrong about this.

@@getdunked thank you! If Microsoft doesn't include a gyro sensor, it's pretty outdated. Gyro could eliminate the controversy over aim assist...

Do you prefer DualSense over Alpakka? Why do you choose not to play with Alpakka?

I'm switching between them both, but i do enjoy the shape of the dualsense more than the alpakka controller.

@@popopo2276 I would say so yes, since the controller cant be evaluated on its own in practical scenarios.

@@sterps The Steam Controller is a fantastic controller, but it has the issue of having what could be considered by now to be outdated tech, specifically the gyroscope is not as responsive as the Dualsense and especially not the alpakkas. But IMO, It's still a controller worth having. Outside of the gyroscope, the controller is leaps and bounds better than everything on the market. It's a real shame that a "steam controller 2" or similar controller has not been released by now.

Im using steam for gyro, but jsm for everything else. (jsm gets blocked in this game tough so im forced to use steam for binds aswell)

What do you think of the in-game settings though? Correct me if I'm wrong, but in game gyro input and steam input are completely different in the way the input translates?

The ingame Gyro-Settings for TheFinals are probably one of the best experiences for gyro on console, tied with Fortnite. Its really solid, only issue is that the game runs with 60fps.
