You can understand it at exactly 1:59, he is shooting, and at the same time he switches target and if you stop the footage, it locks in the middle of the enemy. The recoil doesn't even affect his movement of the crosshair. And this guy is a streamer with 100+ followers. What a shame...

You're absolutely right about this. At 1:59, it's clear something's off switching targets mid shoot and locking on perfectly without recoil is questionable. It’s really a shame especially with someone have loot's of followers.
