In my opinion, I don’t really think that cloaked figure is the collector. I mean it could it’s just, isn’t the collector trapped in that space during this time since he was trapped when the titan was alive. I think that is the collectors sibling since they like to take away creatures and collector just wants to have fun. Plus they are taller and collector never changed their oppearance or height.
