The year is 1964, The Commonwealth Space Comission has formed, their ambition? To lead the commonwealth to space.
For all Kerbalkind is a collaborative KSP RP-1 series with TheBeardyPenguin and N9Gaming based loosely on the Apple TV show For All Mankind.
I'll be joining as the UK and their commonwealth space commission, progressing to form the European space agency at a later point in the series.

So you strapped a bunch of rocket engines on top of an Electric Lightning, which you strapped on top of a Vulcan and launched it to space. This is the jankiest thing I've ever seen anyone do in Realistic Overhaul... .... And I friggin' love it.

The first British astronaut in our timeline (Helen Sharman) did ride on a Soviet rocket, but it was in 1991 (after the perestroika reforms and just a few months before the collapse of the USSR).

Beardy did ask me If I was to be sending over Helen Kerman! I unfortunately don't have her as part of my Roster yet though, didn't expect to be doing collaborative missions like this so soon after joining I was saving her for a later date! But she'll definitely be making an appearance at some point :D she was part of a mission to Mir right? I imagine I'll be sending some Kerbals to international space stations at some point :D

Shame I couldn't show off the individual suits on the rideshare, as Geoffrey would have had a uk patch on his but ah well, I'll have to try and unlock the required upgrade and maybe send Beardy another Kerbal to launch for me! Yes! Not sure what I'll be using for that yet, but definitely some Ariane style rocket, I've actually already designed Ariane 1-5 (although I'll probably make a few changes along the way) so they'll definitely be seeing use :)

This series will continue yes :) Just on hold atm while Beardy is at Uni, I've actually got most of my next couple of episodes all filmed but the collaborative aspect of the series means I can only release when the other guys do! Coming Home redux, I've lost motivation for that right now, I do want to continue it and finish it, but doing it without any drive would lead to rubbish content, probably will look at picking it back up over christmas though!

I’m okay :) just been busy with life recently! Uni started again since my last upload, and Christmas is always a super busy time of year for me with multiple family birthdays (and my own!) so haven’t really had the time with anything, diabetes is actually doing better than it’s ever been so all good on that front, but thanks :)
