Yes you can. For some people the bug is still present so I recommend having 10 things in lv 40 to do it all in one shot. You can use the catalyst in any rarity weapon. You just have to have it in lv 40

Does this game have auto-pop trophies? I'm about to platinum the game on PS5 and wondering if I can get the trophies to auto-pop on PS4 since I have a Nexon account.
