I get Nexon doesn't want people just porting around the same catalysts and activator from character to character but surely there must be a way that all the work that goes into a regular version can help with the ult version?

The director addressed that in a question in their Q&A event at the recent Tokyo game expo. They are working out how to transfer a base character's progress to an ultimate version. I think it was a design error to make ultimate's a separate toon. It should have been a 1-time plug-in upgrade like an energy activator.

I farmed Hailey in a week and a couple days, no rush, and I’ve farmed every ultimate in the game in 4-6 hours except bunny who took 3 times that. At no point I felt like “oh I better pay for it”. Like pay for what reason? To then proceed to do the same things over and over? Part of the gameplay loop is to get something out of playing, but if you pay for descendants and catalysts and activators and whatever else, then what do you do afterward? There’s no special content gated behind ultimates. Unless you play this game for a living I will never see the point in buying descendants, when a bit part of the gameplay loop is farming such descendants.

You just need a build for them. Don't click "add recommended modules" look up a build for your character. (Which is an investment of time and catalysts, I understand that) If you have an Ajax or Bunny you can wreck the invasions solo no problem! Get after it!

I farmed ultimates Bunny, Lepic, Valby and Viessa, and althought it was not easy, believe me i didnt spent as much time with all those combined. I adore this game but man the ultimate skins are such lifeless copy and pastes, Freyna is my absolute favourite design visually because of how the tubes and mechanisms on her model and the use of green reflect her toxin powers and their lethality, on top of looking so cool, but the ultimate skin removes any of that character looking indistinguishable from any other ultimate skin. I was really hoping it would include more noticeable spikes, syringes and mechanisms or at least not the exact same white/cream colour that completely betrays her personality and character

To anyone wondering about the 'no name, no gender' part, it isn't DEI. It refers to how the Colon Special Forces, which Freyna was one, aren't meant to express individuality. They don't use their name. They are referred to only by their designated number, like the one guy who helps throughout the campaign. The 'no gender' is also referring to how they aren't supposed to get close to one another. She accidentally did, and her powers activated when her boyfriend was killed.

I don't understand why an invasion mode is added to the infiltration dungeons if there are special operations that should actually be this invasion. The special operations would need an update much more urgently, the loot is far too bad for the time you invest and the monster waves have to be changed. That is exactly why no one is interested in a full clear. Now you make special operations complete useless. gg

Hi love the game. But do you think you can implement something in the way of letting us know when we get a new mod. Especially when we are combining mods there's nothing to tell us that its a new mod. Even when we finish a game and we look through the mods we got after the game just the word in red NEW on it to let us know we got a new mod would be great. Thanks
