i hope jay films a full cardio trainning session. i really want to improve mine. we saw a bit of it in that sprint drill with poles and cones and another one which was titled 15 minutes.. is that all you need to get good cardio in?

I am such a fan of the German football culture, was an academy player did quite good.. but my legs gave out sedly, never had the stamina to back myself up.. I absolutely love J as a player, he reminds of my best boi who still plays academy like him in 🇩🇪, lb = quick, strong & fluid in counter attacks and skillfull too.. 💘💘

This was an awesome video. Was great to see you daily schedule and training. I lived in Cologn (Koln), Germany for 2 years and played on 3 different teams. Was always so much fun playing!
