This is actually the second game. The first one, project world champion had no gameplay elements to it. So this was a step up in my opinion, but ye, it's clunky and needs to be fixed a lot. We need a damn console game for Blue lock, that would hopefully be better

This isn't the first Blue Lock mobile game actually, the first one is called "Blue Lock: Project World Champion" which is a pure simulation game, it's gameplay is similar to Uma Musume and Im@s Shiny Colors. This new one Blue Lock: Blaze Battle is basically the second game on the series and the first one that actually has any soccer gameplay on it. It's indeed a bit clunky and needs tons of fixing to do which the devs said they're already working on it but overall it's still pretty good for a mobile game imo.
