It's a side mission in BO2 Campaign. You wouldn't know since it was an optional quest but they are required for the best/good ending in BO2. Also you can switch from soldier to soldier and give them promotions and stuff. All your actions will be shown in the final cutscene on who lived or died in the spec op missions. Kinda like Ghost recon and it's fun
