I truly admire Anthony and his awareness; he reminds me a lot of my brother and his love for computers. My brother also struggled with weight and decided too consciously make changes. He has since managed to lose over 150lb simply by juicing fruits and vegetables while making healthier eating choices. I'd love to see more Anthony videos!

@@charwei1110 partially. In my own experience it's easy to say just eat right and everything falls into place. Doing so in a way you enjoy. Also being physically active can help. If you're on medications that adds another layer of problems. Genetics and age will also be a difference. Someone around 10 I think can eat an entire house and still be hungery. While someone around 50? good luck with that.

Not saying he isn't underpaid, but I can tell you that I once lived in a place not that different from his and I had a fairly decent salary at the time. You need to get Anthony doing some voiceover work. His voice, his confidence and knowledge as he explains tech parts is incredibly refreshing! Maybe an “Anthony explains” or “Tony’s Tutorial” 1 minute video segment if there’s something you want to explain in a video. Honestly he has a Gift for telling us the exact details we wanna look for if we purchase that device and the differences your choices actually make. I’m pretty sure I watched all of the other videos in this series before this one. I have to say Anthony is my favourite. Love his intro story, he’s very knowledgeable and practical with his purchases. A lot of us viewers are in similar situations (small spaces) and it was nice to see how he was able to hide things and save space.

I will always advocate for people who are overweight and understand that. Just some tips if you are interested: Clean eating is the most important aspect of losing weight (70% of the work!) and staying healthy. Even if you don't have the time, space, or energy to exercise (but you should find a way), eating healthy is the best and easiest thing you can do for yourself. Don't drink soda, cut out sugar as much as possible (replace with natural sugars like fruit!), don't eat big meals, spread your food out into snacks throughout a day (invest in nice tupperware!), find what meals work best for your time management, create a cooking schedule or do meal prep, and pay close attention to what you crave and write it down! That will help you use your favorite foods you crave as rewards! That will help keep you on track! Follow those tips as best as you can and it will pay off very quickly. Spec: I've spent years teaching physical therapy, fitness analysis, nutrition, and have been working in the fitness industry.

Also, if your goal is specifically to lose weight then swapping all of the sugars for calorie-free artificial sweeteners can help a lot. But your perception of sweetness tends to change after a few weeks, so you'll suddenly find that stuff was fine before is now too sweet.

Someone needs to make Anthony the default template for wholesomememes. NB: having been 300lbs through most of my teens, and a gamer and heavy media consumer (partially by choice, partially because of my weight-onset anxiety) my solution to lose weight was simple: stationary bike slapped dead straight in front of the tv. Everytime I wanted to watch TV or game, I had to sit on the bike, or move it. Even spinning at low rpms gives a massive uptick in calorie loss vs sitting. That and cutting out sugar helped me lose 30lbs in 30 days and I went on to lose 115lbs in 6 months. I'm now in my 40s and in the best shape of my life, and these strategies are still the foundation of my life.

My bike was a livestrong spinning bike, so had actual bike hardware and could take a real saddle, so not all stationary's can do this. Keep on spinning!

intel dont care much about ryzen. they see their massmarket in mobile and most lucrative for their best die in datacenter. datacenter is still untouched and will be for at least 5 years, no matter what amd does. and mobile well just became technically some competition but its doesnt matter as much. its not what the consumer want but the big oems have contracted for. so even there intel will be fine for at least 2 years. which is - "surprisingly" - the original timetable for their 7nm tech. so yea intel gives 2 fucks about what linus employees do with that money, as long the brand name gets mentioned regularly until they bring out their big stuff in 2 years
