Our hearts were broken at the end of the film but Aam fixed it in the most beautiful way in Present Still Perfect. My first kiss was a neighbor that I had a crush on when I was 14. We were together until he moved away about 6 months later. We never met again but it's a sweet memory. ❤️

This was one of the first BL dramas I watched. I still watch it as well as Present Still Perfect over and over. Present Perfect and Present Still Perfect are just so real. Oh, my first kiss...was a terrible experience. I would have to tell too long a story as to why it was terrible. I can't remember when the first good one happened. The first kiss in Present Perfect is perfect and sensitive and one damn fine kiss. Thank you. 💞

I liked present perfect but it was a bit too sad for me and with some gaps in the story I didn't understand. However, Present Still Perfect is one of the best stories I've seen though, BL or not. Such an imperfect perfect slice of life. Anyhow, I can't remember my first kiss and my first time I remember a bit vaguely, not in the bad way though, probably not very memorable. 😏 As a comfort for you feeling bad for me (or the guy), I got lots of other very nice memories with the same guy later during the years we had together. It was a lovely teenage romance lasting for quite some years, i guess I was too young when it begun, i was too busy worrying about appearance and surface then.

As for what is going through Toey's mind when he has his first same sex kiss with Oat, this is one of those times when he needs to listen to his heart and not to his mind. For me--I always say for ME--it's easier to sort things out each time I can slow down, take a step back, and try to view the situation from an overall perspective. It's then that so many times I realize that whatever automatically first flashes through my mind is often merely a reflection of my society's opinion...whereas what is in my heart--my gut feeling--is what I truly, as an individual, believe. Toey needs this viewpoint to save him any needless worry. For me, if some situation is awkward, SO many times it's only because it's simply new, with our brain looking around trying to figure out exactly where to put this novel experience. Then the more it's repeated after that the more we can become comfortable with it, until it becomes a nonissue. As for my first kiss, all I remember was that the boy and I were about 7, behind the hedges of my home, and was just a quick peck on the lips--the most innocent thing in the world. Can't remember when the first "official" one was or anything else about it, so THAT one sure wasn't memorable! Haha😄🙄😄

My first kiss, 50 years ago, I still remember. I was a nervous high school girl, and my boyfriend was an awkward guy, 2 years older than me. It was a bit scary, but it didn't take long to get comfortable with each other! Our relationship ended after 2 years, but we are still in contact to this day and only have good and happy memories of our time together. Marriages, children, and grandchildren have not changed the good between us.

Can it be a planned accidental sex? I mean, Oat planned on getting to know Toey, using drinks when he knows perfectly well he likes guys because he liked Toey.
