Nice preview. 1 rookie per pack is cool. NFL logos too. Probably the 1st NFL logo I've seen on these guys.

I’m glad they priced them at about .50 a pack. I may order a couple more just because everything else is so expense.

I have a set, I believe they were from the 90s, from Pizza Hut or Coke or something like that where the players are dresses in Halloween costumes. I, for some reason, remember mainly Hardy Nickerson but not sure why. Maybe his costume.😅😅 They are really cool looking back now. Why don't they do things like that anymore? So these are from Dicks???? We have a Dicks not too super far away. Used to be one real close, but I guess when Rally House & Academy of Sports moved nearby they said see ya. 😅 Plus, a lot of businesses are leaving malls too. Sad what's happening to so many malls. Used to be such a cool place to hang out. You could play arcade games, shop & eat all in 1 place. What do stores do for us today? 3Good Nerds sent me a picture of some older Coke cards. Once I saw it, I did remember them too. I remembered Sean Jones as a mummy! Yes, why don’t they do something fun like this? I’m sure a lot of players would enjoy doing it. It has to be better than signing a bunch of sticker labels. A lot of these guys are still kids at heart and would have a good time with the photo shoot. These were on Walmart.com. I hope people take advantage. Something fun for kids to rip and affordable as some people are getting priced out of the hobby. It’s starting to be a rich man’s hobby 😢

@@sportscardrippingteacher Yes, and unfortunately we don't even get trick or treaters anymore. We've been here about 30 years now. Started off with too many, went to a decent #, slowed waaaay down, then the mgmt had us put up signs if we were OK with trick or treaters so they knew which places they could go to nothing at all. I don't think we've had a single one for at least 4-5 years. Maybe more. I kinda enjoyed it. It's probably my favorite holiday. Loved scaring the crap out of friends/family in Nebraska. You'd probably get shot here. I'm from a very small town. Our goal was to hit as many houses as you could before we had to stop. If you got full sized candy bars, you hit the mother load & would try to get away with going twice. 😂 Unfortunately, between scumbags ruining it like the scumbags are ruining this hobby, and kids that are basically adults trying to take all the candy or steal it from houses/kids and TPing & Egging houses/cars, what a mess it is. Makes me sad. Fall then spring were also my favorite times of year. When it was just cool enough to need a jacket at night at high school football games, trick or treating or jumping in the fall leaves the Dad's had piled up. Here we pretty much have summer 9/12 of the year & winter 3/12. Ohhhhhh how I miss the 70s, 80s & even VERY early 90s in Nebraska. 😢 EVERYONE should also experience at least 1 home game at memorial Stadium. Esp if you're a Nebraskan or fan of the Huskers. Hope your boys get to experience some of that fun. My brother , lives in an area where his kids, when young, could still at least go around the neighborhood & almost all full sizes candy. 👍 Take an extra bag for that "sick kid at home" if you get to go. 😂

Graham opened another pack before I hid them and he did get a JJ McCarthy but the other background so I guess there are two sets to collect.

The green ones with the bats on them are the variant cards...there is also a possibility of hitting a # to 99 trick or treat variant. You will definitely notice it lol as it is a shiny foiled card with candy buckets goin around the border

I believe it is new. DSG had the NBA for presale and Walmart had the NFL. I’m surprised I already have the NFL and kinda surprised they didn’t charge more. They are not worth more but you know how Panini rolls 😂
