Hi, Love the story. This may seem silly but I have to ask about the Copyright Notice. Your notice states "is used under the 'fair use' provision" should it be something like "is provided under the fair use provisions" of the relevant Sections of the act. "is used" indicate that you are using something, where "is provided" would indicate you are making it available under the act. I'm not a lawyer but I do edit /review a lot of technical documents so the usage of is used under/is provided under convey to opposite intentions.
