The painting might look different in different lighting as well, so it’s better if you paint on a wall that the sun hits most of the day and on other walls in different parts of the house. This way you can figure out which one you like better 👍. And congrats on your home! So Happy for you.

I’m so glad you are back, I know life gets in the way but I love you videos! I have to say I absolutely love, love, love your house. I do remodeling and make furniture. As soon as I saw the front porch my brain switched on and I started having ideas. The inside is so cute! It has that old home feel but with just a little bit of work you could mold the old and new and really make a beautiful home. I can’t wait to see how it all works out. Oh, that fireplace in the living room just needs a facelift, knock that tile off of the front and see what’s underneath. You might have a great surprise. I’ll shut up now, hahaha. Don’t see this as a job, it’s a life long love affair. Just like the one you have together!

NICE! That is such a cool old house. The doors even with the old crystal door handles, the floors and even the staircase risers. Beautiful! Don't be so quick to add your own touch and take your time to re-finish it back to the original look. Do it slowly and well and it will pay you back 10 times over in future value!

Getting a new house is SO EXCITING! I am so happy for you both! Before we moved into ours a couple years ago we brought our cat over a few times to help get him used to it before throwing him straight into a new environment. We have a gas fireplace and his first visit he was really on edge and got himself in the fireplace behind the fake wood. He was covered in soot! Hilarious 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Congratulations on your new house, I wish you every success, about the fireplace, the centre piece looks to be cast iron, it could be worth a few dollars, care will be needed to get it out. remember 2 level houses settle during the night much more than apartment blocks, so you will get some eerie noises, but after a few days you won't notice.

Evening ladies....A lot like with Paige & Holly with their new place, you just have to take each little project as it comes and you will have the house looking how you both want it to look. No matter how a home is left, it always feels dirty because the any dirt is theirs and not your own…only way to avoid is to build, but then there is always residual construction dirt. This will be a beautiful home once y’all make it your own!!!
