Just saw the film- one of the best horrors I've seen in some time, and her direction was perfect. The suspense and atmosphere were top notch, and all her directorial choices served the story perfectly. Very mature, effective filmmaking. I'm officially a fan, and will be looking forward to whatever she does next.

Having seen the movie and really liking it, I thought it was very eel made, probably one of the best horror prequels I think I’ve ever seen in fact, this interview was my first time being introduced to Arkasha and I must say she comes across as a lovely person, very sweet and ultra talented. Can’t wait to see more of her work and hopefully a sequel to The First Omen

Arkasha you have made an amazing first feature that took me back to the terror and dread I felt as a child watching the first donner Omen movie. Your film is beautiful, gnarly, unhygienic and terrifying. I can pay you no higher compliment ❤️

Now i’m thinking there should be a spin off from “The Omen” franchise. a series called “The Chronicles of Buganhagen” it would show him as a young man just starting out in the priesthood then eventually he would notice and become experienced with demon possession and exorcism and later become an exorcist. He always seemed like a mysterious interesting charecter to me. I’d like to see a series about him.

Since she mentions "Wild At Heart" as an inspiration to be a filmmaker at least she has great taste! Awesome interview.

Excited to see where her career goes. There are a few really promising horror directors that are making the genre feel fresh again. Panos Cosmatos is another one I’m extremely interested in following closely

She really did her homework on this film the key ingredient that works among many things that this film stuck to the origins of the original 1976 film even to the point of playing the original score at the end now that is how it's done hopefully MS KATHLEEN KENNEDY IS WATCHING THIS VIDEO

This film deserves so much love, because it seems like the 20CS marketing department has royally FU with it. Anyways, I saw _Immaculate_ and TFO as a double feature this past Sunday. I really enjoy both films, but kind of pissed at the climax of TFO, through no fault of the creative team, because the possibe ending was set in stone due to it being a prequel.

Also as ps im not sure if am sharing toouch but when i watched this on digital tv only because cant get dvd yet, it made my list of believable movies that i eat i e cream to. And heres why, because if a movie is too unbelievable crazy it takes me out of it while watching but like here characters did believable stuff actually. I mean my general view on life is people can do more terrible stuff than fictional monsters. The supernatural horror films dont scare me but in this movie like the stuff people could do in time period its set in. My mood at times was on edge of seat not comfortable but i thought that was point. Anyway great movie
