kinda weird that the bears had the best rush defense in the league last year, and didnt really lose anyone on the defense. madden sure knows what theyre doing with the ratings.

I would argue Jaylon Johnson being an 89 and not even a Star development after playing as one of the best corners last year is crazy. I can definitely see him move into the low 90s mid season.

@@Kirbybros1 First five minutes I have the game he's going up to 95 and either X-factor or Superstar. Montez Sweat is also getting a boost in ratings. What's funny about Sweat is that the Madden ratings guy normally gives a mandatory 3-5 point boost for any decent player in the NFC east, but not for Montez I guess. I guess being the piece that literally boosted the Bears from a mid-tier to top 5 defense in the league isn't enough.
