Okay I just realized something that I never thought of and basically on why SCP-001 is called the prototype is because it's just a prototype while there are other SCP-001 like the Scarlet King and the Gate Guardian while the prototype is just a prototype towards the other SCP-001

Also Jack for more SCP information I would recommend SCP explained but I forgot specific videos that may help you but the only information I can give you is that some SCP's were made by accidents or purposefully and others were not created by anyone but "supernaturally formed" creatures.
