the reason it was bugged in the first place is that the "headshot limit" is meant to be applied to the sum of every pellet. since the breacher only has one pellet, Epic never felt it neccecary to put a headshot limit on it

I'm a charge shotgun main. The charge does some absurd damage, and that "1 extra damage" was from roughly 1.5 tiles away. There is mild falloff damage, so in theory this did about ~20 more damage
