I loved seeing Onslo in the background running around like crazy happy off leash! Also Althena’s rosie red checks out on her morning walk about with the baby. Next, moment I loved was Harvey on the couch with his baby daughter in his arm and Onslo butted against his leg, one hand around his coffee mug! Now that’s parenthood multitasking. ❤️ the family videos with Harvey getting out of his supportive comfort zone. So happy for your family!

I enjoyed your Ramble family's hike in the first snow of the Yorkshire Dales. Beautiful! Aife looked so warm and snuggly in Mom's and Dad's jackets while Oslo went sniffing about. Also enjoyed becoming a little more acquainted with Harvey. I recall that he worked with the Blackdown Shepherd Huts and am curious about them. I've seen them advertised in The Simple Things magazine but as I live in Seattle, WA I've never actually seen them here. So pleased hear health wise you're well an smiling about how you feel 3.5 week post partum. Watching you guys hiking up to Easedale Tarn brought back memories of the summer just gone. Went up Helm Crag and hiked back to Grasmere the long way around. Initially had contemplated a detour off to the tarn, but it felt like that hike was going to kill me - was a heatwave day! Harvey, you were fab on the camera. My other half is the same, he wants to appear a little more in my videos but feels similarly nervous! Jealous of your snow, we get it so rarely here in London 😞

Harvey, those Juniper woods on the slopes of Silver How were used in the production of gunpowder for the nearby quarry at Elterwater many years ago. Just wanted to wish the 4 of you a perfect 1st Christmas for Aife. Such a special time for any parent. My girls are 23 & 19 now but those early Xmas's were so special. Putting a carrot out for Rudolph & later taking a bite & watching their faces when they saw that a Reindeer had been ! Priceless.
