I wanted dungeoneering. Different layouts, different colors, different bosses, all of them relatively easy. Timed but you always finish the dungeon and get xp. Deaths too. You get token rewards either way. More xp/tokens if you're better at it. What do we get instead? corrupted gauntlet, looks like shit, repetitive as hell, tight time limits, one single boss, need random luck layouts. Oh and single player content... on an MMORPG. And instead of getting dungeoneering like we had 15 years ago... we get some skill that we didn't ask for. We got a poll with 3 shit tier skills and none of the options were "none of the above". It's like... pick your poison.

If jagex wanted us to actually "explore new areas" then it would've been more open source, open to modding like minecraft/factorio, make your own private maps/servers etc, I know I would've spent a lot of time making my own stuff.
