well, yes, possibly, but an interesting fact is that up until seemingly very late into the iXL's development development, it was called the Smart Folio. This name is printed on the PCB, is referenced in error messages in the pc app, and even the back of the manual features covers of games with the Smart Folio. It's possible when the developers of the Smart Folio learned of the name change, they didn't have time to change all the references to Smart Folio, so they just removed them
