Good video but the year timelines seem off compared to most sources. Gen X for example usually starts in 1965 or 66 and goes through about 1979 or 1980. Most silents are in their 80s and 90s so I'm not so sure they are still in the workforce.

Thanks for your feedback. Demographers can vary in the date ranges they assign to generations, and those born at the beginning or end of a birth date range may find themselves classified in different generations or “micro-generations” (such as Xennials) depending on the demographer.

Could you say the source please for your comments about millenials - e.g. that they are 'collaborative and teamwork oriented' - is this in relation to other generations and if so what is this based on please?

I have never heard of Generation X being from 1964 to only 1974. It's always been 1965 through 1980. Millennials weren't born until 1981. Also, to be a Silent Generation worker, you'd have to be at least 80 now. Is anyone still working at age 80? Most people are retired by 70, which would mean they'd be born in 1955. A lot of people retire at 65, so the oldest folks would be born in 1960. The baby boomers are rapidly retiring. Pretty soon the Gen Xers will be the oldest ones working.
