I went to the Worcester location for my first time this past Labor Day 2024 around 4:00 PM. My burger was great, but the male bartender was "absolutely inattentive." when I finally got his attention to place a food and drink order he had a snide/rude attitude as if I was inconveniencing him. He was basically wandering around and not paying attention to anyone. I could see other people at the bar as frustrated as I was waiting for service or trying to pay their tab. He saw me trying to get his attention to pay my tab and ignored me for at least 10 minutes until I went to the host desk to complain. Not a great first impression or experience at the FIX Bar in Worcester sorry to say.

Thumbs down for allowing that guy to lie saying, "everyone loves burgers." That's not true i.e. he lied. Me? Yes, LOVE burgers! The best is a plain cheeseburger. Get fancy with it and it ruins it. I really hope to get down to Mass and try this place!! Poutine looks great!
