well she seems to have the same personnality, but is she exaclty the same, maybe, maybe not, for once, her Lightning is single color now (only purple instead of Purple and Yellow, with Bart having the yellow Lightning) and she's coming from a Timeline where Barry and Iris got twins instead of her as a single child. And let's not forget, this happens Post-Crisis, for all we know, in the Rewritten History of Earth-Prime, she might have never been erased from History. Guess we will find out in the next two episodes

Also this isn't the same nora the last one was erased from the timeline and replaced because of COIE with the Nora we have now.
