Ok. Black flash has Unlimited speed and no speedster can outrun it. Personally I would have Savitar at #1 when he was trapped in the speed force. Black flash at #2 Barry at #3 and Reverse at #4. Reverse flash is the reverse of barry allen, so having red lightning is him at full potential which is equal to Barry allen's full potential in yellow, but has Orange at the moment.

@@heirdamian technically no because reverse flash isn’t actually fast he just slows down everyone and everything around him so he is faster and he appears to be fast and it was confirmed that the faster Barry gets so does reverse flash if Barry reached Mach 13.2 at the end of season 2 which is around 10000 mph he would have to be going around atleast 1000 mph faster then any speedster and we can see even in the end of season 2 reverse flash is still faster then Barry because he slows down everything around him to be fast

My list: 1. Barry allen- originally was bellow reverse flash but once the spectre gave him a boost, he was able to carry everyone into the speedforce 2. Black Flash- able to mimic any speedster's speed 3. Reverse Flash - knows a lot about speed force 4. Savitar (first came out of speedforce) Don't know why he was so nerfed, he used to appear and reappear around the city in an instant. 5. Wally west- his potential was incredible. Kid gets faster every single time he gets tested 6. Zoom - was able to keep up with nora west allen and even outspeed her 7. Nora West Allen- able to reverse time which is pretty impressive 9. Godspeed - technically this guy should be a lot higher if the show wasn't so inconsistent. Theorectially barry was thousands of times faster than light but gideon confirmed his speed. Godspeed was able to barely be seen by a 1 trillion fps camera which would mean that he would be faster than light. But let's say 1 trillion fps isn't the actual number. 10. Jesse quick- she doesn't have enough feats to put her higher.

Zoom is really a true speedster got his powers by the powers from the particle accelerator like Barry Allen but instead of being struck by lightning he was in an electric chair that helped give him the powers he only used the drug to get his speed faster if your gonna call a speedster a fake speedster it's definitely Eliza since she just got it from the drug and not by how a natural speedster would get their speed
