I don't know why, but I love the idea of using the Batman storyline from Flashpoint Comics into the Superman/Supergirl storyline in this movie, I think Zod killed Kal as a baby and Kara was the one send to earth.

@@cmbrock1 I think that’s what their at least hinting at here. Their showing the same exact thing we saw from Man of Steel, only difference being Kara instead of Kal-El. We’re definitely heading towards a side of the story where Clark hasn’t landed on Earth yet. Edit: I mean, from everything I’ve heard about the Superman movie in pre-production, it definitely sounds like it’ll be focused on Clark struggling to fit in on Earth since he’s you know.. practically a God.
