That was one of the scrapped plot points. The Flashpoint Barry is in fact reverse Flash that has been stuck in that timeline after losing his speed similar to the CW show. But instead of taking a random face he waited for FP Barry to matur before replacing him

Anyone else started laughing after the trailer ??? Here's my thinking; It looks like this film is gonna be amazing, then I thought forward to Aquaman 2, also finished and at the very least will do well with Jason Mamoa face. Then I thought back to the 1st Aquaman which made over a billion and the first Wonder Woman, which is one of the best films in the genre. Then back to Man of Steel, which was great, BvS which also was good, Justice League Snydercut, which is great. Only WW2 was a disappointment, but it is self-contained so who cares? ......I laughed because I'm thinking "why reboot when you have this slate?"....anyone else had similar thoughts?
