Red lightning doesn't always mean its a negative speedforce connection like in the comics Wallace west(Black Wally West) Has red lightning but has the positive Speedforce and thats because lightning colors depict on how fast a speedster is and it goes in the order of colors in the light spectrum making red the slowest speedsters/negative speedforce users and colors such as yellow lightning which is in the middle mean they have a good connection to the speedforce,Blue lightning being faster than light and having a better connection to the speed force which is different in the show since you get blue lightning from taking V9,and lastly white lightning which is yielded by the OG wally west in the comics making him the fastest speedster alive since this man can outrun a big bang level event and is the best at manipulating the speedforce ever since Barry died trying to stop the anti monitor
