Only thing that sucks about the mod is that when playing on a server, you can't turn on slow motion unless others do the same, i don't know if its even possible to code it so only the person wearing the suit goes to slow motion and others dont but this 'all or nothing' can make it difficult on RP

in theory, with the way max payne works you (the mod creator i guess) could PROBABLY get it to work somehow, but it would still force everyone in the slow-mo players vision to be in slow-mo and not just the character that activated slow-mo. would be sweet as hell if that could work though but im not sure how you could get just 1 player in slow-mo with the others still in real time
