Literally anyone can make this with enough time. All he did was speed up running, add the lightning effects, and add a slow mo ability. The literal bare minimum. I guarantee you it took this guy a week to make this and I guarantee he only made it for this video. A flash game is not possible rn.

a cool effect to try would be when running extremely fast, maybe have a slower version of the sprint animation along with the extremely fast. Almost like a pseudo motion trail effect and then when it goes to slo-mo, the animations line up. Not sure how it would look, but it might be an interesting thing to try. Overall, this looks really cool!

There's definitely a reason why it gets a distortion effect every time Flash runs, it looks funny running at high speed xd (In the case of Jay Garrick, I wouldn't mind if he didn't have a distortion effect above him every time he runs, it gives him a classic touch after all ws For some reason the classic flash)
