I can’t even count the many times I visited the keys since moving down from PA in 1978. Or even count how many people I went with. But I do know every memory is a good one. Best place to decompress from what was my high stress life. I live pretty far north of the keys now but I’m really thinking of making the journey.

It really is such a great place to decompress. Everything is so relaxed and everyone is so down to earth. We hope we are able to visit as much as you've been able to. I don't see how it would ever get old.

@@Explorcation For yrs we have always gone to Treasure Island (my sister lives in Pinellas Park). Obviously, that area needs some "time." I am going to suggest to my Honey that we go to Marathon!!! Our preferred vacation is last week of Sept-first week of Oct (yep hurricanes but low census).

Hey Leanne! We're really glad you are enjoying the series. We absolutely loved the upper keys and cannot wait to get out to spend a week or so on Key West next year. Jamie gets most of her clothes at second hand stores or discount stores like Marshall's, Ross, Burlington, etc... We're still not getting rich of the channel so we gotta be bargain shoppers!

Ain’t nothing like the Keys it definitely falls under the saying IYKYK! You are covering the Keys SO WELL! Some of these places I’ve never been and I want to go to Mr. Beans!! Is that cat the original Mr. Beans that inspired the place or perhaps Beans was the father?

Couldn't agree more. They are definitely a place you just have to experience for yourself to understand their uniqueness. I think the Mr Beans that lives in the shop is indeed who the place is named after, but not 100%. It was a great place to stumble upon.

I stayed at Captain Pips. Very nice place. I have a picture on that exact dock that's in front of your room. 😂 and laid on that hammock.

We love your videos and we have enjoyed cruising on MSC ships and stayed at Sunseeker after seeing your videos about them. But this time, you stayed in the same room that we did at Cap'n Pip's last year. We have done Pigeon Key by boat and by the old seven mile bridge. We have had lunch at Irie Eats last year and breakfast last July on our way to Key West. We have enjoyed Sunset Grill many times. Looking forward to watching more of your adventures.

Stopped by Sunset Grille a few times😊 I've always gotten the World Famous Hogfish Sandwich at Hogfish Bar and Grill on Stock Island...next time down I'll try that one 😋

I never had a bad fish all the way down the Keys to Key West! A1A has some of the best fishing, and best seafood places to eat!

Us either, David! Of all the food we ate in the keys during our stay, well over 50% of it was seafood. Next time it will probably be 90%!

This was filmed in October. It was still quite hot during the day but the water had cooled down a bit and it was very comfortable in the evenings. Great time to visit in our opinion.

The rescue is just awesome for all the sea turtles! Some people on the power boats, and other power scooters in the Gulf, and on the Atlantic Side! Just saying that people with money spend it and do not necessarly lookout for the sea creatures!

Yeah, the people at the turtle rescue are good people doing great things for sure. We love going out boats, but it really is sad how much harm the propellers can do to the sea life.

Stop at Mrs. Mac Kitchen, I think it is around mile marker 81 to mile marker 104! Am getting older and forgetful, however, if you see the Sherrifs cars parked at a roadside rest on A1A South, it will be this place for great seafood at a great price!
