6:04 semantic versioning question: you have ^6.2.1 means "6.3.0 or below", and ~6.2.1, means that means "7.0.0 or below". is that true? i thought it should be "below 6.3.0" and "below 7.0.0". the next slide doesn't really clear it up, since you say that 6.3.1 and 7.0.0 are invalid (but 6.3.0 is not excluded).
