Starting with the rhythmical phrase “There was one yellow banana♪”, “The Flying Banana” is a children’s song that was introduced in the music program called “Uta no Ehon” on NHK TV in 1962! Since then, it has been popular and played in many programs such as “Okkasan to Issho” for a long time.
