Z fold 2 has the toughest inner screen. I've had z fold 3 and 4. Both developed micro cracks that eventually turned into a black line on the crease. My z fold 2 is still going strong and spotless.

Can’t say if that’s true, though the only Folds I’ve seen fail in real life have been the Galaxy Fold, Fold3 and 4. That said, I see 20 Flips before I see one Fold come in for repair, so who knows.

The galaxy fold looked outdated even when it first came out too with that narrow outer display.

i just picked up a fold 4 and i dont plan on upgrading for maybe another 4-8 years. in the first 2 days the inside screen protector bubbled and came off so i removed it and been running naked since been almost 4 months and no issues. First thing i did was slap on a front screen protector and rear camera protector and a stupid rugged thick case...

thats a horrible thing to do to go naked inside.. get a screen protector because it will get permant scracthes and dents in the screen especilally a s pen will ruin it

3 years of support for a $2k phone? yeah, im not supporting Samsung anymore. Moving to one plus or Google next time

Are foldables useable yes are they the future maybe can it be daily YES should you pay full price hell no get a discount or sales drop But in enough patience and thought it's one of the best phones 😄🙌 Yes this coming from fold 4 user But I still more pixel 8 Pro more technically its my daily driver lol

I have been using the Pixel Fold daily, but the main reason is because the front screen, cameras, and processor lol if they made a modern Pixel 5, I'd probably want that lol

I wouldn't mind getting one for a reasonable price. The software is EOL and not sure I want to spend alot on a 60hz phone in 2025 lol

I dont understand the exact positioning of all these fold phones at.. we all eventually bring along our laptops or tablets for "real work" anyway.. if innovation we're talking about.. i dont think we're running out of it with regular slap form factor..

you are just confused. after i went fold i stopped bringing my laptop because i can do all my computer tasks on it. I never could do that with a iphone, but now i can leave my laptop behind which makes life much easier on the go. I could even use it for school back in the day, so you dont really make sense

@@droo3010 but most people dont buy $1800 phone that has fairly unreliable screen.. or even $400 foldable that has even more unreliable screen.. let me just put it in perspective.. if we have $2000 budget.. $1300 laptop is good enough and $700 mid range phone is also good enough.. which both of them we can get brand new..

These are not meant for everyone obviously but those who spend on both a phone and a ipad for example can easily afford it .. I rather have 2 in 1 so less to carry . And as any tablet you can use it for alot of stuff
