Any time you hear him mention chat, that means it was a live stream. For the last 16ish months he's been doing at least 1 youtube stream a week and the last few months with twitch updating their rules he has been allowed to multistream on both platforms. Which he has been doing more often. Many of the videos are edits down from the full streams to make them easier to consume for people that don't have the time to be at the streams.
