Let me add a "logistical point" for your viewers, please: Wittenberg is a very easy, excellent day trip from Berlin. It takes under an hour and is direct (no transfers needed) from the Berlin Main Train station (Berlin Hbf). One can easily walk from the Wittenberg Station to the town center.

The religion of Protestants (also Lutherans) and Catholics no longer plays a major role in Germany today, although we worship and maintain traditions in the Christian sense, such as the buildings and holidays, which are statutory holidays in some federal states, without which the Christian faith Influence in politics because in Germany religion and politics were strictly separated from the legislature from the very beginning! This means that Christianity no longer plays a role in everyday life in Germany, even among the population it is rather a secondary phenomenon. The adherents of the Lutheran doctrine is rather a small denomination under the cloak of the Protestants, the Evangelical Church in Germany, but before the Second World War they had the most followers in East Prussia and Pomerania, if I remember correctly, which is actually irrelevant even today. The story of Martin Luther shaped Christianity with division then in the 16th century until today.
