Really neat seeing where that unused march music would have gone! Great work!

Thanks for taking the time to do these man ! The full scores are fantastic but a bit tedious to read on a computer screen, especially for action cues ^^

Well done! I really love John Williams' scores to The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi and I can't wait for the score from The Rise Of Skywalker

First of all, thanks a lot for all your score online, they are an incredible tool for composition and orchestration! For all you music nerds here, I would like to point out that the "map texture" at 1:17 uses a Dm/Abm polychord and not a Dm/Bbm. The mistake probably came from the transposition of the Bb clarinets. Anyways, keep on the good work!

Doesn't sound anything like Stravinsky, all JW chords are jazz harmonies or clusters. Of course there are bits in Jurassic park and star wars where he lifts passages but even then they are not the same

Even John Williams, who is usually brilliant, couldn't save the mess that is the sequel trilogy. What happened? His score for the Star Wars movies has always been among his best work. But in the sequel trilogy movies his music sounds positively boring . I guess he couldn't be bothered to try too hard for these painfully terrible films.
@TB1M14 жыл бұрын
Yeah, the films are terrible. Revenge of Sith was excellent as were parts of Phantom Menace and AOTC.
@moxieme11743 жыл бұрын
I disagree with both of you. I didn’t think the music was lame, it sounded fine to me. People are going to throw shade at me for admitting this, but I actually loved the sequels. The prequels, to me, were _not_ that great. The sequels were more enjoyable to watch (with respect to action scenes/adventure) than the prequels. They had their good moments, sure, and Revenge of the Sith was fine. But in general, the prequels bored me for the most part.
