I get what they're saying here, as in "If Luke were here he'd solve every problem and there wouldn't really be a movie", but honestly that's about an accurate a statement as you'll ever get in Star Wars. Luke Skywalker is the Superman of both the Legends continuity and the official canon, only the absolute most powerful beings in the galaxy have the slightest hope of standing up to him...
