I’m living in my hometown at the moment, a little town called Rosendale, New York. I came up north to make snow at my home ski resort for the winter after having life so severely disrupted in Chimney Rock, North Carolina. It’s been a terrible season for snow so far though, so I’ve given up snowmaking and will going back down south to be with my wife and kids, doing whatever I can for work. I’m really hoping I see one big snow storm here in Rosendale before I leave, though. I want at a foot. I hope for it, at least. I loved hiking and up and snowboarding down Joppenburg Mountain, a super small “mountain” (it’s under 500 foot in elevation, so…) in town. I’d love to do that one day day this season before making the drive south. Thanks for the coverage! I enjoy the channel. Subscribed today.

Gerald cold air damning in Piedmont/foothills of Carolinas very well may cause the 1st storm system blanket snow Saturday/Sunday here in the Carolina's according to the assemble runs on my pivot weather for 21st-22nd, I've lived here all my life & have saw this scenario transpire many many times Back in the day now mind you it's been 7-10+ years don't get me wrong but just imagine this scenario holds true then comes big daddy blizzard storm this region could be crippled for 1week-2week +! You doing a great job but the cold air damning is a real scenario here in Carolinas & the i-40 corridor north gets snow & below i-40 gets slush/ice then i-85 east usually just rain or just freezing rain usually always how it goes with that scenario.. But hey hope we all get the snow 1st next weekend then Big daddy Snow before Christmas I been told that 2nd storm has potential to drop 2-3 feet coastal sandhill's & 1&2 feet foothills/mountains & Piedmont this blizzard could be epic record book material exciting times for sure...
