SAAMMMEEE! i was playing and had built on the beach up nearby the shipping containers (but closer to the butthole) right on a path and i had some sick rock walls that i could still jump over and some stick ones too. Cannibals started jumping over and so i started putting defensive walls up. On day 6. I already had to go a far way for materials and i took down my current walls except one (i was right on a cliff so it was 2 side walls and the front. I took down the side walls) and i start hearing this super creepy sound who knows where from with a tiny little section of defensive walls done, but enough that they wouldnt instantly notice me, and i look down and theres a frikkin armsie and i had no idea what that was i just knew i was gonna die and i stayed there crouched too scared to go out and ended up dying of thirst. (Birds landed on my sleeping hut so i ate those so i didnt starve)

I just did this fight today and yes you can use them for that. We had just come through the intended route and had no explosives left so had to fight her with arrows and those tanks. They explode with the same delay as dynamite.
