In this video we delve into the mysterious origins of the Caucasian like phenotype found among some Japanese that has been a subject of debate for some time. Please excuse my voice I was sick at the time of recording.

Jomons whether they are European or not, have Caucasian features. Many Japanese have semi Caucasian features like Ken Hirai, Nanami Hashimoto etc

Agreed thanks for sharing. The jomon were actually descended primarily from an ancient east eurasian people. but the small amount 14-23% of west eurasian came from an ANE/Yana like ancestor who mixed with them. They're an ancient Caucasian like race who also traveled to Europe africa and the America's. Have you seen the 'pure' 75% ANE ppl from the tarim basin mummies. They're a relic of what these people looked like Certain Japanese and other east asian resemble them many green and blue eyed.

@@northmanskeep5996austronesians have diverse looks. The ones from Taiwan and pacific islands look more pseudo caucasoid since they’re mostly pure or mixed w melanesians. The others from SEA look typical asian since they’re admixed w continental East Asians

Ken hirai looks like a chindian from Thailand or a south vietnamese w more australoid/Chamic influence. Nanami hashimoto looks like an asian passing Kazakh or a Taiwanese with recent aboriginal ancestry

@@angelusvastator1297 Yes, I should mention however there was a study documenting a small ancient "caucasian" like dna within the atayal taiwanese population actually contributing to facial alleles. The proto-mongol like appearance does show up sporadically throughout east asia. Its different than typical australoid, its more like maybe the proto-mongol or pre-east asians just had a more intermediate appearance ranging to E asian like to caucasian

I believe Jomon people also had some Aboriginal Australian elements too. The jomon were a very diverse group.

Their aboriginal Australian elements is why they’re able to look “Caucasian” in first place

They kind of look like Central Asians. I wonder if it's because of the genes they share with Iranian Neolithic farmers. Nice video.

Native central Asians are bmac people a caucsoid people they mixed with East Asians due to Mongolians
@arsc2576
@arsc2576 10 ай бұрын
@@famitsus987 There was immigration from east Asia and Siberia to central Asia prior to the Mongol invasion. bmac people never pushed that much into central Asia and mostly lived in the southern part, the northern parts of central Asia was inhabited by another population and later Indo-Iranians. bmac genes spread after they were mixed with the Indo-Iranic people.
