Being a zerk is more pain than fun nowadays. My zerk is still retired placed at the graveyard. Used to be my most favorite build. But there’s no point being 45 def fighting meds all day. It’s just not fun anymore RIP zerks

They really just need to have an optional reset system to be honest, even if it's just for bh, so if I'm maxed I can reset def to 1 and attack to say 60/75 before entering the cave. Maybe even have preset builds that cost points to unlock.. that'll make it so much more fun.

In terms of rev cave style pking yeah zerks are a dead build when med accounts exist

I think the only reason zerks have died out is because of the split offensive melee prays. If Chivalry had passed we would've seen a huge comeback in the bracket.

U can move prayers around the prayer book now though so just put them next to eachother by the spec bar that's what I do

Thing is you can move the prayers around now so just put the str prayers on top of each other and where piety was and it’s just an extra click

Love your vids and editing meter! Giving feedback, based on my opinion of course, I liked that you put up a question by the start of the video "are zerkers still good?" but I sort of missed you explaining how it felt to play on it and giving an answer to that question. On KZbin we see only the good clips, we don't know if many med levels just destroyed you or would have destroyed a not so experienced zerker. IMO if by the end you gave us a run down on how it felt for you this video would be an 11/10.

was just pking at revs with my level level 83 using full karils and amulet of the dammed. super easy to get people at the shortcuts expecting a quick get away only to reduce the agility and proc on the double hits. account stats. 50 attack 70 strength (gmaul) 70 defence (karils) 70 range (karils) 85 magic (tele block) 43 prayer (overheads) 75 agilty for shortcuts just incase agility reduction doesn't work (fuck getting 89) hitpoints are at 77 . standard switches. took about 2 or 3 weeks to get.

Zerker is outdated, BUT 50 defence builds are stronger than ever. Access to the new Perilous Moons armor and Mixed Hide (and granite lol) is really beneficial.

I think people are forgetting the amount of access to certain account builds is different 😂 meaning the meta changes etc so because people are buying & selling more of meds it makes zerks pointless especially when the small number of pkrs localize only in certain areas lol.

Wow i never knew zerks died out?? I swear i see them still..? Now let me ask you this. I always loved a good range tank ad in 70att str 99def 99 range 99 matic 52 prayer 104 combat. Now if i build one in 2024 with 60att str and maybe 70-75def 99 range/magic with 77 prayer for rigour would that be a decent pking account??

Easy to pray against your attacks only using range/mage but yes. Dbow/d-axe spec or Volatile spec. I hard suggest 70 def/77 pray/ 75 attack. Max str/range/mage

I try and pk with my maxed main account but I just suck lol and I don't want to risk 100m like everyone else.. I wish we could pk with simple set ups like from 2006 2007
