The drill is extremely picky on what it wants to work on because of how the maps geometry is. They never fixed the maps when they added maggie so when you drill it wont penetrate all of the layers of something even though the flame particles are on them. (I fucking hate this)

Unfortunately there is some legal bullshit that prevents them from cleaning shake machines though that's usually a McDonald's thing. A lot of those machines are made by specific companies that have rules in place that only technicians they send can work on them, some have custom parts that are made only in house and made break, and the worst is when these companies go under there technically isn't anyone on the market to service these anymore. Also yes sometimes the workers are just being lazy but if a place is simply lacking the hands to get manual labour done, it piles up FAST when you're serving 300-1000 customers. Anyway Starbucks sucks and so does McDonald's, just go to a local cafe or buy some hot chocolate mix.
