I am taking vitamin b12 everyday. It's my own experience. I had many anxieties then I got to know about vitamin B. I did a test and it was highly deficient!! As soon as I took injections of B complex and B12. Alhamdulillah anxieties went away.

@Muhammadumer-ed4jb 10 injections of B12 and 5 injections of neurobion (b complex). 15 days straight. And then weekly one injection for two months And now I am taking daily dose of tablets. Tablets are available in market just tell them you need the daily dose one. Don't worry about over dose. B12 never overdoses. But please consult with doctor. Mine was very deficient.
