If it were real life Callie is right the Foster System is broken, when I was younger I had the same situation as her with her foster brother Liam and I was twelve the first time, and they removed two kids out and left me there, then when I turned 17 my brother got sent to jail and all he got was 4 years, that was not enough for me. He was way older than I was . I hate children services. all they want is money.
