This is how innocent people get put behind bars. Public defenders even good ones like this lady are not given reguard. She should have had a chance to make a statement. The judge seemed like he had his mind made up to side with the prosecuter.

It's up to the attorney to speak up respectfully when a judge doesn't allow them to. If an attorney says to the judge "if I may be heard", most judges will and should allow the attorney to say their piece. Watching this scene again, it seems like Callie's public defender isn't particularly strong-willed, which doesn't fair well for Callie.

I am wondering if I don't know if this is possible but if Callie gets out of this mess even though she is adopted if the court feels like Callie is a flight risk and is a danger to the family ... could they remove her from the fosters home and place her with Robert for a temporary time or because she is such a flight risk would she be removed from the fosters and sent to girls united again ? I promise I am not saying anything ill of the family I am just curious what legally could happen to her if she gets out of this mess what will the consequences be for her . .

No. They can't make her stay anywhere except home on house arrest or in jail until trial

Hillary I used to do this years ago so I’m not sure if you’re still able to do it, but I changed my Netflix’s country often to pick and choose different things to watch so if you change to Canada you’ll be able to watch the fosters :)
